Pancakes, Maple Sugaring & a Hike!

MassAudubon’s Ipswich River Wildlife Sanctuary will be holding their February Flapjack Fling on Saturday, February 26th from 8:15am to 12:00pm.  The morning starts out with a maple sugaring tour, where kids can learn how tree sap is transformed into syrup. After the tour, pancakes will be provided with Ipswich River maple syrup along with coffee, juice and other refreshments!

Audubon recommends that you dress warmly and wear warm waterproof boots as you’ll be outside a good portion of the time. Breakfast and a tour is $11.50 for members, $12.50 for non-members. Kids are $8.50 and $9.50 for non-members. For  more information, call 978.887.9264.

Hopefully we’ll see you there!
